Player Rankings

Player rankings are given at least monthly by DM to the players. Initiative, creativity, and meaningful interaction with the game world are rewarded.

The ranks

  • P - Poor. Zero or near-zero activity or orders.
  • F - Fair. Some activity and orders, but nothing especially interesting.
  • S - Superior. Working toward character goals and playing actively.
  • E - Exceptional. Causes events in the world, creates convergences between players.

Rewards

The P and F ranks confer no reward.

A player who earns the S rank receives:

  • 1 Inspiration Die. May be used to reroll any d20 roll.
  • 10% bonus to XP awarded, rounded up to the nearest 10.

A player who earns the E rank receives:

  • 1 Inspiration Die (as S rank).
  • 1 Unlimited Inspiration Die. May be used to reroll any roll, not just d20s.
  • 20% bonus to XP awarded, rounded up to the nearest 10.

All rewards expire at the next ranking.
