Combat¶
What this is¶
Combat resolves violence between two or more parties in initiative order. C5e uses the 5e combat rules as written in the Player's Handbook, with no modifications.
Invoked by: Wilderness Encounters (when an encounter escalates to violence); DM judgment.
Invokes: Chases; Morale Checks.
Returns to: the invoking procedure, once one side is defeated, escapes, surrenders, or the DM judges the fight resolved.
